Get together reception

A welcome drink will be served on the evening of 4th of June 2012 (Monday) at 6 – 8 p.m. in Arken, Tehtaankatu 2 (conference site).

Civic reception

An opening reception hosted by the City of Turku will be held on the steel frigate Suomen Joutsen in the Aura River, on the 5th of June 2012 (Tuesday) at 7 p.m. A Light snack will be served. More information about the Suomen Joutsen will be found here.

Conference dinner

A conference dinner will be served at restaurant Pikku Pukki situated on a small island in the Archipelago Sea outside the city of Turku, on the 6th of June 2012 (Wednesday). The dinner will be served as a buffet including fish, salads, lamb steak, turkey, drinks etc. The transport to the Island will be organized by the ship M/S Lily, departing from the Aura River. Pikku Pukki and M/S Lily can be viewed at Pikkupukki

The fee for these events is included in the registration fee for participants (all options).
