Registration

The registration for Flavobacterium 2012 will open on February 1, 2012. The deadline for the early registration is March 30, 2012 and the deadline for the final registration is May 1, 2012.

The registration is now closed.

Authors not registered by May 2, 2012 will have their presentations withdrawn from the conference program. The registration fee includes the conference program, conference materials, lunches and coffee at the conference venues as well as the Get-together, the Reception, hosted by the City of Turku (Tuesday evening, June 5) and the conference banquet (Pikku Pukki, June 6). When registering, please inform about special diets and possible food allergies.

Payment of Fees

1) The registration fee should be paid by bank transfer directly to the organizer Åbo Akademi University, Nordea Bank, Account No. FI111744 3000 0011 67; SWIFT/BIC: NDEAFIHH; Adress: Nordea Bank Finland, Kauppiaskatu 9bA, 20100 Turku, Finland. Make sure that the code Flavo2012 and your name appear on the message field of the bank transfer.

2) Through the On-line credit card payment with one of the following cards: Visa or Mastercard. From this link. you will be forwarded to the Finnish credit card company Luottokunta 's homepage for secure electronic payment.

Early registration, dead line 30.3.2012 200 €

Final registration, dead line 1.5.2012 250 €

All payments must be made in Euros and the payment must reach the conference organizers before May 1, 2012.

Confirmation of Registration

All registrants will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Congress Office.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or email) to the Congress Office before May 1, 2012: Full refund minus 50 € cancellation fee. After May 1, 2012, no fees will be refunded.
