Any Any party (university, laboratory, research institute, company, etc.) within a COST member state interested to join the action can easily do so and parties from non-COST member states also have a chance to take part:

If your country is a COST member state that has accepted or have shown intention to accept the MoU (Found here), you just simply e-mail the WG Leader for the group(s) you want to join
If your country is a COST member state that has NOT accepted the MoU or if your country is NOT a COST member state, please contact the Chair (costfp09(at)abo.fi) for instructions
