Participation and Registration

Participation 

You apply to participate in the conference by submitting a 300-word proposal for a paper. Proposals for papers should be submitted to the Organizing Committee (english(at)abo.fi). When submitting your proposal, please include your contact information.

The extended deadline for proposals is 30^th November, 2011.
 

Registration

If your proposal has been accepted, you then register for the conference by filling in the registration form and paying the registration fee by 31^st January, 2012.

The registration fee is €80 for IADA members and €110 for other participants.

This fee will cover lunch and refreshments during the conference, admission to all sessions, all conference materials and administration costs.

The conference banquet will be held on Wednesday 4^th April, 2012. The price for the banquet is €45 (not including drinks). If you take part in the banquet, you pay this together with the registration fee.

We are happy to welcome conference participants who are not presenting papers, subject to the availability of spaces. Please enquire before paying the fee.

You make your own arrangements for travel and accommodation. For suggestions and advice about this, please see the Travel and Accommodation page.

Please note that the organizers are unable to provide any funding for the conference participants.
