The article database CD-Kati

The CD-ROM database CD-Kati is a reference database of articles in Finnish journals. The number of references is some 400,000 covering the years from 1980 to 1994. From 1995 onwards articles are catalogued in the Arto database.

How to use the CD-Kati database

The database is located on a CD-ROM server situated at the Computing Centre. It is available from PC:s connected to the network of Åbo Akademi University. There are a Windows version and a DOS version of the search program. You can choose whether you want to install the English, the Swedish or the Finnish version of the search program.

There are public PC:s in the Main Library, the Axelia Library, the Biocity Library, the Library of Economics and Business Administration, and the Library of Österbottens högskola that can be used for searching in CD-Kati.
