Muse (MUsic SEarch)

Muse provides 480,000 citations from RILM Abstracts of Music Literature and the RILM thesaurus, the Music Catalog and records from the U.S. Library of Congress (LC). It is the world's largest, continuously updated bibliography of music literature. It provides worldwide coverage of reference and research materials, sound recordings, composers, history, theory, reviews and analyses, performance, instruments, voice and liturgy, acoustics, psychology, ethno-musicology and related disciplines.

Hur använder man Muse?

Skivorna finns på en cd-romserver på Datacentralen och är tillgängliga från nätkopplade pc:s vid Åbo Akademi. Sökprogrammet, som heter NISC DISCover, är för Windows XP/2000/NT/95/98 och på engelska.
