Ljudmila A. Kostkina
Ljudmila A. Kostkina is a vice governor of
St. Petersburg since November 2003. She is responsible for solving
the issues of social and demographic policy, social support,
healthcare and sanitary-epidemiologic welfare of the population and
preservation of the environment.
Ljudmila Kostkina was born September 10,
1949. She graduated from Leningrad Institute of Culture and
International Academy of Entrepreneurship. She worked as a
manager of culture department and vice-chairman of Moscow
District Council Executive Committee. For 7 years she was a deputy
head of an administrative district of St. Petersburg. From 1999 to
November 2003 she was a head of the administrative district of St. Petersburg.
