A hotel room allotment “OSA” is made for congress guests and it is valid until 12th May 2009. After that the hotel can no longer guarantee the availability with special rates mentioned above.
All reservation, changes and cancellations must be done in writing and directly to the Sokos Hotels, Turku / Sales Service Centre (Monday-Friday) by email sales.turku@sokoshotels.fi or by fax +358 (0)2 231 1010. Please use this hotel reservation form.
