Current research
My research is focused on aspects of intentionality, agency and identity formation in contemporary Finnish popular culture. Building on my background in yoga- and Hindu studies, and using both ethnographic and discourse analytic methods, I intend to focus on examining how Finnish yoga practitioners view their practice and how they form their world-view.
