The Language Practice ReportAfter you have completed your language practice, a short report on your stay abroad must be submitted to the Professor of the department (four to five pages is usually sufficient). The report should clearly state how the aims of the language practice have been realized. In addition to the dates of the practice, the report should include information on the place where the practice was carried out as well as the types of activity you participated in during your stay. You also need to explain the range of language experience you acquired, that is the relation between and quantity of formal and informal, spoken and written, and standard and dialect English that you came into contact with. Also include a section about what was good or bad about the practice, the type of accommodation you had and what your expenses were. Only when your report has been accepted will you be awarded the five credits for the practice. Much of the information above can be included on the title page of your report, but do not forget to write the other 4-5 pages of narrative text, as well...!
